Shipping and Delivery Policy - Return and Refund Policy.
At Shop Section, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national courier services such as Professional couriers, Bluedart, Aramex and Target Solutions. We will deliver anywhere in India and at no cost to you! Shipping within India is FREE. All of your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
You can choose from any of the following shipping options
Standard Shipping, This is our standard FREE Shipping option and is available to all cities. We send your shipment out with some of the most reputed national couriers like Professional couriers, Bluedart, Aramex, Target Solutions, etc to ensure that you receive your products at the earliest and in good condition.
*Working days excludes Sunday and Public holidays.
The products ordered on Standard Shipping mode can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 6-12 days for other locations, from the time the order is confirmed.. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 6pm.
Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. You can refer to Track my order to see status on your order.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that products listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we are not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within 24 hours from the date you place the order.
International Shipping :
* All shipments outside India is chargeable.
* We process Express international shipping service for faster delivery.
* We do not collect shipping charges during product purchase.
* During purchase we will notify you that Shipping outside India will be charged based on product weight and country location.
* To get best lowest international shipping cost, we work with our agency and get you lowest cost which you can pay separate.
* As soon as shipping charges paid, we will send you shipping receipt and you can receive purchased products within 5 working days.
* Shop Section is only responsible for product quality and safe delivery, NOT for Duty charges if your country customs request from you.
* If Duty charges applicable for bulk purchase or over valued, it can be paid by Customers ONLY.
* If you planned to cancel or Return our product from countries outside India, customer should take care of return shipping cost, since we do 3 way product quality checking before we ship International.
Cancellation: We will be able to accept order exchange or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. In unavoidable situations, 3% will be charged as cancellation fees if shipment is processed from total order value.
Return and Refund Policy: We have a very easy, hassle free return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as safe as possible as like we sent. Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 2 days of delivery for an exchange. You will be issued a Refund only for the item(s) you are returning. Refund Process, once product returned to our ware house - refund will be initiated from our end on the same day and respective amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned? Following are our returns guidelines Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on opened boxes of briefs, shapewear, hosiery, or any lingerie set that includes a brief. If these items are returned to Shop Section they will be sent back to you at your expense. Gift cards are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash Gift box charges won't be refunded if goods are returned. Also, any replacements you've asked for won't be gift boxed. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items Items on special or season promotions and stock clearance. The no return policy will be mentioned in the product tab in such cases. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
Who pays for return shipping? If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We will then notify you with your coupon code. In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.
How do I return something? Check that the items you're intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:
Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box
Step2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Call us on +91-90805-24989 to check if reverse pick-up is available in your area or not. If yes, then our logistics partner will come and pick up your returns box. If no, follow step 4.
Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service.
Step 5: Send us an email at support@ShopSection.com to inform us about the returns shipment. Please include your original order ID number in the email. After we have received your returns shipment, we will notify you via e-mail and you can Exchange any other product for the same value or we will re-send proper product.
Can I return a gift? If you received an item as a gift and need to return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that will be issued to you.
